Asian inspired beef tenderloin tataki with pickled and fresh greens and glas noodles satay cream

Monk fish filet with soya glace on green asparagus, cherry tomato ragu and potatoes

Rum pannacotta with grilled pineapple caramelized macadamia

On arrival we serve an appetizer with bubbles and bread with tapanade. Then starter, main course and dessert.

At the bar you can pour your own wine, there will always be a minimum of 7 different ones
to choose from, and you can help yourself to beer, soda or our homemade lemonades.
