Flame-grilled and tempered cod on fennel with a saffron blanquette

Veal filet on celery purée with crispy potatoes, mixed vegetables, and red wine sauce

On arrival we serve an appetizer with bubbles and bread with tapanade. Then starter, main course and dessert.
After dinner a cup of coffee with sweet and an avec.

At the bar you can pour your own wine, there will always be a minimum of 7 different ones
to choose from, and you can help yourself to beer, soda or our homemade lemonades.
