Braised beef roulade filled with root vegetables on a bed of fine buttery mashed potatoes, a rich sauce and neatly garnished

White chocolate mousse terrine with cream cheese, apple caramel core, lightly glazed with dark chocolate, finished with Hazelnut Streusel Coffee ice cream
