Freshly baked bread with butter stirred with Blokhus salt from Ingstrup Mejeri

Starter

Salmon rillette with dill, Jerusalem artichoke, pickled mustard seeds, cucumber and fresh herbs

Main course

Duck breast on red cabbage puree, chestnuts, brown and white potatoes and Marsala sauce with prunes

Dessert

Rice with almonds cheesecake with cherry sauce

On arrival we serve an appetizer with bubbles and bread with tapanade. Then starter, main course and dessert.
After dinner a cup of coffee with sweet and an avec.

At the bar you can pour your own wine, there will always be a minimum of 7 different ones
to choose from, and you can help yourself to beer, soda or our homemade lemonades.
