Freshly baked bread with fresh butter with Blokhus salt

Tuna tatare with tataki dressing, crispy tapioca chips, salad, and
pickled Swiss chard
Main course
Slow-cooked culotte of milk-fed veal with Pommes Anna, broccolini, served with a delicious red wine sauce
Dessert
Apple cake the Danish way, with mascarpone cream
Coffee with sweets
Avec
On arrival we serve an appetizer with bubbles and bread with tapanade. Then starter, main course and dessert.
After dinner a cup of coffee with sweet and an avec.
At the bar you can pour your own wine, there will always be a minimum of 7 different ones
to choose from, and you can help yourself to beer, soda or our homemade lemonades.
